  1. I'm starting to think I should just make a new journal series named, "Lessons with Dr. Ana" where I do the same thing as I always do with your videos: making bullet points and taking notes of the tips you gave out in your videos.

  2. I needed this. It's kind of funny because I know this as a fact. I know that this is how I specifically work but it's so much easier for me to just be lazy or do what I want to do instead of what I need to do. Something I always struggle to do is read a book or listen to audiobooks, mainly because I have dyslexia and the thought of reading/focusing on something for too long is daunting. But one time, I read the first chapter of a book after setting a timer on a whim and it was just insane because I wanted to start the book for ages, I knew I would love it, and all but I just couldn't get myself to start. So, this is a great reminder. I will be taking notes, I was literally starting to make my schedule.
