  2. Just caught up with this. I was born early 50s and was taught to chew thoroughly. When I started working for the NHS, I had to eat quickly, just in case an emergency occurred. I have tried and tried but still seem not to be able to slow down, as if eating is a waste of my time. Like it said in one of my old school reports...Must try harder.

  3. So, I've now been told this, after changing my diet over a 55 year span!!. I'm now 70, and still struggling to understand the difference between my GPs opinion and current research!!

  8. I cannot eat nuts without staying at home for 3 days. Unfortunately, they have the same sudden effect as prune juice for me. I'm in my 70s , in case this makes any difference.

  12. I have to take anti histamines more and more every spring/summer. In the last 10 years, my allergy/hay-fever has got worse and worse . Motorists use my street as a cut through, to avoid traffic lights.

  18. I get this sporadically and last time it was caused or exacerbated by dry roast peanuts. Ye God's, thank goodness that episode ended after 4 days on a liquid diet.

  25. Do you know, i am getting so confused by the ever changing do's and dont's of food and drink. In my 70th year, i have all of a sudden become susceptible to stomach upsets from pastry, bread, certain spreads and pork. Can we have a section on this if you can?. I only know what is upsetting to me after i've eaten it as my problem doesnt seem to have a name 😂

  27. I had a reaction to the Moderna booster, but no reaction to any of the other 4 Phizer vaccines and boosters. I think this big if study needs more exposure on mainstream news myself.
