So here is a Russian who you will most likely put into category "Russian trolls" right away. It's funny how no one on this channel wants to talk to me. And those who respond vanish very soon. :) Nevertheless, here I go again: This war was started not by Russia in 2022 but by the illegal Kiev government back in April 2014, which is when the first blood was shed and how this ongoing war began. Welcome to disprove or at least challenge this thesis.

@alanharwood1636 Because the "Anti-Terrorist Operation" against Donbass launched on April 12, 2014 by then acting president Turchinov was an event that was largely reported by all the media, both in the West and in Russia, and was never denied by either side. It is simply a historical fact - just like, say, Brexit referendum on 23 June 2016 is also a historical fact. Do I need to provide evidence for that? :) Well, here is a quote from Wikipedia for you: "However, on 12 April, he announced that the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Security and Defence Council had launched a large-scale anti-terrorist operation "in the war waged by the Russian Federation against Ukraine"."
