So you call hitting this ship a "new strategy"?! LOL! What a nice joke! As if before Ukraine never hit Russian ships or did that with some preliminary warnings. :) No matter how you spin it, there is one undeniable fact: this war started not in 2022, but back in 2014 as a result of revolution, that is, illegal change of the state power. The Ukrainian Constitution forbids any kind of revolutions, yet this revolution was fully supported by the hypocritical collective West. Now the West and Kiev's regime are paying for that.
