  1. Exactly. They see criminals as useful. When people are safe and self sufficient, they need government less and less, and those behind the government don’t want to lose their power. They couldn’t care less about people.

  3. You can’t enforce laws when you have open borders and you can’t have a civil society when you let a massive number of criminals in.

  4. You’re allowed to protect yourself. Doesn’t matter if someone else uses the same protection for bad. The police cannot and will not protect you. They will show up after the damage is done and do paperwork.
