  1. 100%, MS will eventually use ML models on your computer to scan data for the existence of things, then report back if they’re found. They’ll claim none of your data is sent to them, which is BS since you having something is your data. But they’ll claim it’s not. Apple already has this baked into all their devices from iOS 14 I believe and is how they were going to scan for CP on device, not just in iCloud. And “protecting kids” is always the go-to, BS excuse for massive privacy invasion. MS will provide all sorts of info about you to governments. It’s no position to say no seeing how deep their ties and revenue from governments are. Not that they even care anyhow.
