There are MANY drug addicts, rapists, and murderers in Russia. Just because they’re not in the couple of subway stations you went to in one city, means pretty much nothing. Anyone can cherry-pick a few places in any country and make it seem nice.

@ChelseaChfy-ex1po Then he killed tens of millions of his own people and subjugated the rest while he lived in palaces.

Question for sellers: Would you be willing to handle your own fulfillment and returns if you could still get customers sent to you from a platform similar to Amazon, but at a a cost of 6% to you, half of which goes to cover credit card fees? Would you be willing to set up your own fulfillment to unshackle yourself from Amazon, even if it cost you some money in the short term to setup your own logistics?

@victorrrev Mental health lol. Massive drug abuse and alcoholism. But no casinos, great lol

@junglesuperstar9270 Many American streets are cleaner and safer. A few parts of Moscow isn’t all of Russia.

@junglesuperstar9270 I have to deal with countless Russian people every day, as well as people from just about every other country. Have for a decade now, so I have a good perspective on which people behave the worst and Russians are pretty awful. Not the worst, but just awful in how they behave, their lack of respect for others, crime, physical aggression when it’s not warranted. So it doesn’t really matter how clan or nice looking a place is, it’s almost always the people who make a place nice or awful.

@junglesuperstar9270 You went to many American cities and never once saw an area that was clean and safe yet you want us to believe that every square meter of Moscow is just perfect? Lol

@junglesuperstar9270 I wish Russia was as nice as people are pretending it is, then the country I live in wouldn’t be flooded by countless Russians fleeing Russia and making the place worse and worse. I wish they would all go back to their home, but for some reason, they don’t think it’s so great, and keep flooding in here. Wonder why.

@junglesuperstar9270 That’s fine, completely anecdotal but ok. But what are you considering dangerous exactly? Being robbed or assaulted? What about the danger of publicly expressing opinions that don’t align with the leadership? You can’t honesty say you’ve got more freedom of expression in Russia. What about organized crime, both by criminal groups and corruption of the government itself? The US is corrupt for sure but nowhere near how it is in Russia where it extends from Putin down to every lowly beat cop and gov office clerk. Don’t pay up, what happens to you?

@serafinacosta7118 I know it’s not feasible for the small operations but there are a lot of mid sized businesses that could afford it. Some already do and sell on Amazon but often get nerf’d in search results by Amazon because they do their own fulfillment and Amazon wants you to pay to use them.

At the very least, never pay for Prime, it’s a rip off. You can wait an extra 1-2 days for your stuff and in the rare case they have a show you want, just pirate it. Amazon would fall apart if most people canceled Prime.

@MikeJones69696 Who says you would pay more? As this video shows, Amazon essentially forces sellers to charge more on other platforms so it only seems like you’re not paying more, if not for Amazon, you’d have the option to pay less, just not with Amazon.
