  4.  @FumblkruschLP There’s at least 6 components to coffee which can cause bowel movements, including the heat. Caffeine is the main one though. Also if you’re using milk or cream and it’s not lactose free, a lot of people are lactose intolerant to some degree and don’t realize it. And almost everyone becomes more lactose intolerant as they age

  5. That’s mostly far infra red, this video is about near infrared which doesn’t convey much heat. You probably just feel better because you got warmed up. Same thing people notice in tanning beds which don’t emit near infrared but do give off far infrared red as a byproduct.
