  3. Get rid of qualified immunity. The money saved in lawsuits can be used to train and pay police better, attracting and retaining people who are there for the job and not to be a sociopath with a badge and gun. When you pay poorly, you get trash people. When you train poorly, you get unqualified people doing dumb things. Don’t let bad cops hide behind government immunity but reward good cops with good pay and the ability to put criminals away instead of just catching them to be released hours later

  4. What’s with all this officer this, officer that? Just talk like a normal person. You don’t go to Starbucks and start every sentence of dialog with the cashier with, “Cashier…”
