If you bring home a dog then either by neglect, abuse, or training, you create a vicious animal. You then allow that vicious animal to run rampant in society, you are fully responsible for the actions and damage created by that animal. Parental responsibility over children is no different. Today more and more parents turn children into vicious animals then let them run rampant. If you allow the government to raise your children the government will. However, you already do not like how that is being done, so step up be parents.

@CiriusExemm that is why NY state is going 1st. if for any reason the case falls threw and there is no life without parole, then the feds will push for the death penalty.
