  13. The IDF did a press conference and their take seems reasonable. They said it was a rocket fired by the Islamic Jihad from a cemetery beside the hospital. It malfunctioned and the unspent fuel caused most of the damage hence lots of stuff burnt but no crater.

But I don't think there's any doubt of Russian involvement the few western weapons found were captured from Ukraine. There's also some videos floating around showing Wagner/Russia in the training areas. What I found odd was the other day Hamas requested the hostage negotiations be televised by Russian state media.
