  4. Denial is all about how it's not happening in general. If she was in denial, it would be her saying "this can't be happening, he can't be gone" and that type of thing. This is her denying RESPONSIBILITY. Thats a whole other problem. Your point isn't wrong or bad, but I think you're giving her too much credit. But who knows, maybe someday she'll come around to how she definitely shares the blame.

  6.  @Practicallypreposterous  That's fair, but still I think too much credit is being given. Especially for how long it's been, and even more so for how hard she argued to deny all responsibility. That definitely leans more towards being an awful person, than the stages of grief.
