  1. India is all about money. The richer you are, the more hero you are. Scammers are heroes there. There is a lot of racism involved too. If this succes goes on the another 15 years, then scammers take over India. At the end of the day, scammers wil be to downfall of India. Exactly this is already happen in Nigeria. Only a few people from India are able to see this.

  5. Authorities as in government? No, absolutely not. You need at least 4 flashing neon arrows pointing at the building. Those arrows must have a minimal hight of 40 feet and emit bright colors that can not be found in the surrounding area for at least 25 miles. They must flash with a 1 second on, 1 second off rate, and in the off setting there must be a loud horn with the typical WW-2 u-boat bunker alarm sound. This audio alarm must have a minimal of 125 Db. Furthermore, neon arrows in the road surface must lead within 1/2 inch of the front door of the building, starting on at least 18 different routes from at least 500 miles away. At the start there must be a clearly visible as well as a audible message which state: follow the arrows to find your criminal. Along the routes, all possible distractions must be removed, including beautiful ladies and each and every store, shop or restaurant, or anything else, that sell coffee. An area of minimal 750 miles diameter around ground zero must be free of coffee smell to dog-nose standards. On each side of the building there must be a neon sign that state: this is the suspicious building. Inside the building, all coffee must be removed. Now, there is a 0.4% chance the government can find it. Oh, i forgot: everything within the range of 800 miles from ground zero that even remotely looks like money must be removed. This include, but is not limited to: monopoly money, toy money, doll money, virtual money and money on pictures. This is very important if you dont want to end up with chaos of authorities and scammers fighting over the money. Good luck!

  7. and exactly this is what most prank callers do. The Effect: the scammer becomes aware and got educated so their next setup is harder to track and more successful.....
