  1. Its over due Mythbusters disappear from the screen. When series take to long the quality run back and that happen with the last years of Mythbusters to. The first years they had real myths. Myths which could be found back in the history books. Then the myth bucket was empty and they deal about strong stories, strong pub stories and finally it was all about destruction and how to make a story of it. It only become worse if they keep on going. A good tv show must stop at the highest point. Then the memories of the public stay nice and good about the show.

  2. + Psychodegu: Even that might be staged. This video might be staged. When public interest (the infamous ratings) run back, producers stop the show. At most tv shows, they try to end it in a "natural" way in the time line of the story. And sometime they cant find a end and they come up with this kind of solutions. Why not just quit? The name of the show must stay good among the viewers so that they are willingly to see replays in the future. Its quite complicated actually. Anyway, this can be real as well as be staged to end the show.
