  2. The reason why they hire such people has nothing to do with diversity, nor any woke thing. A lot of this people happen to be narcissist spending more time on their ego then their job. These people are controllable. How they look and how suitable they are for the job does not matter, they control them anyway. Once you know how narcissist work you can steer then around like a radio controlled toy car.
