@Robin-mn5zo actually, the Fokker G-1 was by FAR superior to ANY German plane. Especially the ones with the powerful American build engines. But due poor finances and still in the crisis as the aftermath of the First World War, we had to few who could fly. And the Germans came with hundreds.....

The captain in charge of defending the Afsluitdijk, worked with de navy who bombard the German army. This captain started what the nazi's later called "a bigger pain in the as then the allied troops", the dutch resistance. Might be interesting to make a video on that.
