  1. Al that what you are so amazed about is because we have mandatory drivers education you have to pay yourself and does not come cheap. About 3000 - 4000 dollar before you got your licence. Drivers schools has to be government licensed too, so one cant start a drivers school from one day to the other. The effect of this mandatory lessons can be seen in videos like this compare to the US.
