30 years ago i seen this before in a different sport: motocross. A bodybuilder thought because of his power this was easy for him so he wanted to try out a Honda CR 500. But that is not allowed for someone who just want to try for a day. So they put him on a 125 cc two stroke. After only 3 laps he came back to the paddock and needed help to get of the bike, that exhausted he was. But at least this was a decent bodybuilder who openly admitted he had highly underestimated motocross and the power and stamina you need for it. He admitted he was beaten by everyone, included two 10 year old girls riding a 80cc sidecar.
