  1. India i.e. Bharat is not a nation but a union of states. India is held together by the constitution. Questioning the constitution is also questioning the premise on which India was created with the exit of the British. Unilateral moves to change the constitution by the government may put the very existence of the union of India into jeopardy.

  2.  @pkmkb7412  only 51% of today's India was illegally occupied British India. So who were the British to give any option to the people whose land they were illegally occupying? There was never any nation called India before arrival of the British. Bharat is a mythical country mentioned in mythology not a historical fact.
