@abinashkar3897 judges have to be impartial. This is the first criteria to be a judge. A person who openly shows his political affiliation cannot be a judge, he can however, be a lawyer.

@abinashkar3897 CBI is basically New Delhi police as it has been formed under the Delhi police act. Under the federal structure of India, law and order falls under the state government and not the central government. Hence central government agencies interfering on state government subjects is a violation of the very constitution of India and therefore an assault on the union of India.
