  1. The biggest reform that India needs is maximum transfer of power from New Delhi to the states. India is like a subcontinent and centralized rule has always been a bane and not a blessing for India.

  2.  @ujjwalgandhi951  If India cannot last if states gain autonomy then we were never a nation and forcibly kept together at a point of gun. This sort of forced unity won't last. Diversity needs autonomy whereas homogeneity needs centralization. China majority is Han Chinese and USA is a country created by Europeans by marginalizing the natives. India is a collection of nation states and hence not comparable to China or USA.
