Today, our every action is being surveiled, collated and sold under the guise of analytics and big data by companies like Google, Facebook and Jio. No wonder Google and Facebook are some of the biggest investors in Jio. No wonder Mukesh Ambani calls data as the next oil and Adani is desperate to get in the telecom sector. When the government is run by Telecom monopolies, you don't need a cloak and dagger style intelligence service or malware or spyware like Pegasus costing billions.
