Export import is a commercial activity. This is the problem of this government which looks at everything through a mercantile lense. The Print is also suffering from the same myopia.

  2. Indian Navy has to think about taking on the Chinese navy in the seas and ocean around China. Limiting itself to Indian ocean, is a self defeating move. The air force and coastal defenses can provide effective deterrence to the Chinese navy in the Indian ocean. The role of navy vis a vis against China will be more offensive than defensive.
