  1. The core ideology of Shiv Sena is always Marathi Manoos and not Hindutva which paid media would want us to believe. Shiv Sena was created to fight for the rights of Marathi sons of the soil against outsiders i.e. Gujaratis and South Indians. It's open knowledge that Gujaratis own Mumbai and Marathis are little better than 2nd class citizens in their own state's capital. A Gujarati robber baron trying to topple the elected government of Shiv Sena will reopen old wounds and revitalize the party.
