  1. Without delving to deep into this, obesity in the USA is out of control particularly because of our diet. A few things to note: Raw food contains enzymes. Enzymes help digest food. Cooking food destroys enzymes. Eating food depleted of enzymes forces body to use it's own surplus enzymes to digest food instead of for cellular survival and function. Sugar, meat, flour = BAD. Raw foods, celery juice, carrot juice, coco juice, any kind of veg juice, nuts = Good.
