  1. No matter how advanced A.I. models become, they cannot take decisive actions. For example, a plot to overthrow a government or shut down a power grid. That involves group coherence, decision making, planning, foreshadowing of events, conscious thought, just to name a few. These are characteristics that machines can't demonstrate. No matter how advanced A.I. becomes...it's only a knowledge base of our worldly data. For A.I. to be implicit in some sort of action (such as the examples given above), a human with all the characteristics mentioned is required. More dangerous than A.I. itself is a psychopath who might use it for evil. IMHO- as unpopular as it might be, the fears associated with AI is just fear mongering and smoke and mirrors. For what I'm not sure but I could probably make a few guesses.
