  1. Don't be ridiculous, of course I'm not accusing him of malicious intent. That's not my argument at all. And I know polar bear attacks are rare. This whole argument is a what if scenario. Maybe the verb provoke was somewhat acute. But a scenario paramount to this would be... you break into someone's home, the home owner tries to defend himself, and you shoot him with a gun for attacking you. Your defense is you were protecting yourself. Think that'll hold up in court?

  5. No, not many bears in Uruguay. It makes no logical sense to enter into the territory of a endangered species, and provoke an attack, then shoot the animal for attacking you? If you placed yourself in a life or death situation, that's your fault for being stupid, but don't take it out of a fucking innocent animal that's doing what's in his nature. Fucking idiotic humans.
