  1. @d00m0racl3 Have you ever heard the saying, "the universe is stranger than you CAN suppose?" The universe might not require an omniescent force, but you can't rule that out because we have no way of knowing. Mandelbrot doesn't talk about mind. Mind is a focus that is lacking, at least in the expression that we experience, in the rest of nature. How long do you suppose consciousness has been around? That's what we pour into the contemplation of our experience.
