She is very knowledgeable...but she can't or doesn't know how to apply that knowledge and turn it into mastery and wisdom. I can see one major character flaw in her because I've seen it in myself a thousand times. She lacks confidence. Confidence is one of those terms that's widely misunderstood. The root word in confidence is confide. How many times have you told yourself you were going to do something but didn't do it? Well, you didn't confide in yourself. So you'll appear to lack confidence in the presence of others. If you want to be more confident, become a man or woman of your word. When you can trust yourself, Rebecca... others will also trust you.

@IamBrob Absolutely. It's owning up to everything that is you. Make your word your flesh, to use a biblical term. I think the two go hand in hand--confiding in yourself and loving yourself.
