It's curious that Lex referenced Plato the Philosopher...regarding crowd sources for the appropriate course of action...Plato had this to say in his book the republic... Even democracy ruins itself by excess... of democracy. It's basic principle is equal rights to all to hold office and determine public policy. It becomes disastrous when the people are not properly equipped by education to select the wisest rulers and the wisest course of action.
