  1. Street fight are too unpredictable especially when a knife is involved. It rarely goes down the way Georges demonstrated, that would be ideal for self defense, but anyone that pulls a knife with the intention of using it will strike fast and repeatedly. It would be more like a scene out of a prison movie where one inmate goes after another and stabs him brutally and repeatedly, and chances are it'll catch you off guard. Now, if the instigator is waving a knife in the air, he probably has no intention of using it or is hesitant and you can use Georges recommendation. The other guy is too risky. IMHO
