Everyone who got the virus and survived is saying it's just like a really bad flu.

@TheRealWorldNews247 I don't have any links, this is coming from my mother who works for the Port of FtLauderdale and she personally spoke to several people who were infected and recovered coming off the cruise ship.

@jeffn2166 of course, it won't affect everyone in the same way, smokers and heavy drinkers, obese people will have a more difficult time with it, but it's no more than a flu on steroids, which I guess doesn't sound that great, but I don't think it warrants the fear response we're seeing. Still, that doesn't mean we shouldn't wash our hands and heed the recommendations from the CDC, definitely do that because we don't want it spreading, even if the fatality rate is under 3%

@michaelkostukov9669 You're speculating and throwing out a lot of numbers, all I can report are the personal stories that I've heard from people who were actually infected and recovered. I thought that would be valuable information vs regurgitating what has already been repeated a million times. Make of it what you will. I did hear from a health expert that the fatality rate will go down because of the number of unreported cases, I'm not sure about that correlation. 75% is a big if...hopefully people are paying attention to the CDC. More importantly, I think we should also listen to what mother nature is trying to tell us.
