  2. Young Ton I think I can break it down: Phil was used by the Zionists to dumb down American by attacking education and confusing people about immigration. They essentially played the blacks, who are the underbelly of America (meaning vulnerable), by taking attention from the imporant issue like war and focusing on less important issues like immigration.
