  1. So let me get this straight- International law required Manning to be a whistleblower, and he satisfied his legal requirements there, so far so good. And United States law prosecutes whistleblowers, as evidenced by his 35 year sentence. Wow, kind of hard to get out of that little pickle. He would have been fucked either way.   2. It's funny that you mention that. My friend Jamie worked several years as a hiring officer for the Atlanta Police Department. He screen potential officers and personally told me that they pretty much looked past grammar, writing and high IQ scores.
