  1. The war on drugs is the war on mental illness. Most of the of people who are incarcerated suffer from some form of mental illness. And these are facts. The government is punishing people for something they can't control and stems from childhood, and for a victimless crime, no less. When is the human race going to wake up from the hell they created on Earth?
