  1. Chicken Tax is just like Property Tax in Virginia, except Property tax is what you had to pay several hundred years ago if you owned a slave...now they apply it to cars, boats and motorcycles. Some people in Virginia refuse to pay it, so they've accumulated thousands of dollars, but the government won't come after you unless you owe more than $10,000. I probably owe $5,000 myself but fuck that.
