If we stopped using fossil fuels the planet would come to a grinding halt, yeah the planet would be saved, at the cost of billions of human lives. I think it's the right thing to do, it's a sacrifice, but this isn't about us, it's about our great, great grandchildren.

@commentingisawasteoftime7195 How do you get around that? Practically our entire economy runs on fossil fuels. If it didn't have to cost billions of lives I think someone smarter than myself would've already come up with a solution. You know what it is? Greed. And power in the hands of psychopaths. Think about the extreme wealth and fortune that some people made from fossil fuels.

@ABadGamble yeah…there’s always a “proposal” in the works. in the meantime let’s just continue pumping thousands of metric tons of CO2 into the atmosphere. I’d like to avoid genocide, but genocide is unavoidable… the only choice we have is genocide now or genocide later. According to the top minds in the world, we’re passed beyond the point of no return…but okay, let’s keen proposing.

@kennyjerome3683 There's two options...either believe in God and enter heaven, or don't believe in God and spend eternity in hell, but there's a third option..if you're not sure whether or not God exists and spend your entire life trying to figure that out, if he does exist, he'll grant you entry into heaven.
