  1. Damn she's gorgeous. It is what it is, I've had to take various drugs for 15 years for anxiety disorders and clinical depression. I've been wrestling with Effexor for 8 years now off and on it. I take Seroquel at night too. I don't regret it, but going without the meds can cause some issues.

  2. I've dealt with mental health issues as well for 20 years, now in my 40s... I do recommend 30-45 minutes a day of different types of exercises, especially cardio. I've had no choice but to do it to keep myself level.

  4. Ya I have some terrible issues when my sleep isn't on a strict schedule. Wish I could stop ADs but never goes well. Hope you have nice Thanksgiving !

  5. Good video, I was IP once for depression. I found it to be mostly comforting having people checkin up on you and such. I consider myself lucky. I slept like 20 hours a day though too.

  6. I've taken Seroquel for 15 years or so, low dosage, it works well for calming anxiety and sleep for me.
