  1. My personal plan was that there's a set limit between the CEO and the workers.  So proportionally, if the CEO makes more money the workers too have to make a certain percentage more.  So let's say the CEO makes 100k, the lowest worker makes 20k.  If next year the CEO makes 150k, the lowest worker's raised to make 30k, and all the way up the ladder the same way.    Is this a good plan?   ™
