All of my family came to America as either immigrants looking for a better life or indentured servants looking for a better life. The premise that they had additional privileges due to the shade of their skin is preposterous! When the truth is that generations ago (50 years or so) persons with a darker skin tone were more educated, married, had homes and families, and the ONLY reason that changed? Is because of the "Powers That Be," who expect their boots and buttocks to be licked, became terrified that a class of people they believed were below them? Were succeeding and advancing, and they didn't like it. They were the same old white men that have been using and abusing everyone in this country, including the working-class "white" people that you want to blame for all your problems. When you should be blaming the people whose butts you keep inserting your tongue into.
