OK seriously? The attorney had HandBrake installed on his computer? That is not a common everyday use tool. It is a tool used to build and customize video formats through the use of various audio/video codecs (formatting, quality, compression, supported devices). It would have been very easy to use Handbrake to take a raw video and convert then save that raw data in any number of file formats. Who the heck does this guy think he's fooling? That was a deliberate attempt at concealing evidence. That lawyer needs to be charged and then disbarred!
