If the Federal Government were serious about stopping leakers they would create a law, written in clear and concise language, that anybody caught and proved guilty of leaking information AND the person(s) who received that information... Would have their US Citizenship revoked after serving a minimum of 10 years in prison... No exceptions... No "grandfather" clauses or special considerations... Nothing... You leak classified information or you USE or "Disseminate" classified information which you have received you go to jail and then lose your right to be a US Citizen... Buh Bye! I don't want to hear the whole "Freedom of the Press" crap either... That "right" needs to be reviewed and better defined as well. You do not have the "Right" to spread classified information any more than you "think" you have the right to harass or stalk or hound people for your sound bytes...
