  1. There using Hunter as a fluffer. Toss him under the bus, let people think the justice system is working again, and nobody else ever gets charged, becsause they are using all this stuff to move the herd mentality in a different direction. This is called Social Engineering. Tell a lie, defend the lie as truth, admit well maybe this or that but it wasnt THAT bad, file charges and get a deal, serve no time, and the beat moves on to the next piece of drama. You can litereally see these tactics play out over and over again for decades.
