  1. Twitter "Woke" staff members have been artificially inflating the site's numbers to defraud advertisers out of millions of dollars. It's not brain surgery. They need to conceal that information until AFTER Elon buys the company because then HE takes the hit! Elon Musk might be weird, but he is NOT stupid. He knew going into this what the deal was. He is executing his plan now to "OUT" all the thieves. If Twitter sues? Twitter will have to release all that data during Discovery. They will have to open ALL their records and related systems to the court. This is what Elon (in my opinion) is hedging his bets on. Because once it's proven that Twitter manipulated its systems to defraud advertisers out of millions? How many of those employees were in on it? How many will go to prison? How many will lose any claim to financial payouts upon their termination? And once all that gets settled? How many pennies on the dollar will Twitter be worth? Remember when you get "Woke" you go "Broke".
