  1. Jurist Ginsburg said on September 7, 2016, that the President is elected for FOUR years not THREE years... Nobody has changed the Senate Rules, and just because the Democrats do not like "NOT" being in charge... Doesn't mean they can whine and cry about losing... AGAIN... Produce the Recording... Oh BTW... The Dying Wish is not spoken of in the Constitution... Nor does the "Previous" Jurist get to determine how her successor is selected...
