Fact: His mother packed up Hunter, Bo and their baby sister, got into a deadly head on collision (hmm Princess Diana moment) which took Mom and baby, and severely injured Hunter and Bo, they nearly both joined mom and sister, spending months in the hospital. Fact: Joe became a single father, who miraculously married Jill, who took over as mom, before the boys even got out of the hospital. Were Joe and Jill the reason Mom packed up the kids to leave her husband? Was she tired of his philandering, womanizing and cheating? Possible?: Did Joe resent his son Hunter because his name reminded him of the wife that got away? Who caused the leaving of his baby daughter? Did Joe purposely abuse Hunter growing up? taking advantage of his addictive nature. Did Hunter "perhaps" get prescribed Pain medication after the accident (he was in traction acter all) and did that lead to an addiction that carried into adulthood? Possible?: Was mom a trophy wife? Was she like many women of that time a "Valium" and "Vodka" socialite? Was that what caused her to leave Joe that night? Was that what contributed to the accident? Or was it something more sinister? I believe that Hunter HATES his father and has been doing all this to get back at him. I think he knows his father caused his mother to leave, causing the accident, causing Hunters life to change for the worse. I think this is all orchestrated. "Perhaps" Hunters way of finally proving to his father that he IS NOT the useless idiot his father has been saying he is his whole life.
