Chop? As in Pork? As in little piggies? If the real police don't go in after them, why don't some of us go in and make our own rules? We can hook up some fire hoses and hose their stupid a55e5 to the ground... We could go in with our own tasers and start tasing them! The cops won't do anything and the Mayor and Governor don't seem to have a problem with lawlessness...
