Children are not adults. Children cannot sign contracts. Children cannot drop off or pick up prescriptions... Children cannot self admit themselves into hospitals. Children cannot enlist in the military. Children cannot run for political offices... So when do 12-year-olds get to start drinking and buying cigarettes? Children are indeed Americans, but this bastard's idea of providing care not only violates natural law but all of the above laws as well. He needs to be removed from his position and probably be investigated too... Please note my intended sarcasm... Every word out of that man's mouth was ludicrous.
