  1. China wants the land for when they "allegedly and hypothetically" invade. they also want the water rights. Large corporations have "allegedly and hypothetically" been shipping billions of gallons of water pumped out of the aquifers across the ocean. It takes a lot of water to hydrate 1.4 billion people. Hypothetically? This may also be the reason our lakes, streams, have been shrinking so much. The water is not "Cycling" naturally. Also when lakes and streams dry up? There is no evaporation to start the "Rain Cycle" so we get droughts.
