@Scrubletman632 I mean, during the war, the US copied Soviet propaganda as a way to form a united public front. Then after the war a bunch of the leading historians, whom you can check their political views to see that they had serious Marxist leanings or sympathies, all started “but this wasn’t real socialism”ing.
Like it happens over and over, historians constantly are saying, oh, while the Nazis did adopt or do X socialist policy, they were not socialist in any other way. Then another historian says, oh, while the Nazis did adopt or do Y socialist policy, they were not socialist in any other way. Repeat for every socialist policy.

@Schnoz42069 the problem is your definition of socialism excludes every other form of socialism, if Marxist-Leninist socialism can be included as socialism, so can Nazism be considered socialism.
Additionally I see Al kinds of problems with your system, who gets to vote? You say everyone who’s involved, but who decides that exactly? If it’s for the region, who actually tells people there is a conflict needing to be voted on?
If you actually watched the video you will see that the Nazis did indeed practice social collectivism. They said the German race was the social, and private individuals couldn’t be trusted to allocate resources, so insisted the government would centrally plan the economy on the behalf of the workers (Germans).
The reason strikes and workers rights to protest are always suspended is exactly as you said, if a minority disagrees they can take it up with the majority, and the majority would just say “fuck you, get back to work.” So you could fight back, but the moment you fight back you become a counter revolutionary fighting the will of the people.

@Slinkai way to show your ignorance, Fascism is not nazism, hell both ideologies were even rivals for a while. No, Hitler basically just took Marx’s labor, class, and historical theories and combined it with the second most popular idea with the working class, eugenics. Instead of a class based view of the world, nazism espoused a race based view of the world, with its own race based theories on labor and history.
Even it’s hatred of Marx was created by basing Marxist ideas on race, the Capitalists/Jews created ideologies and religious to divide the workers/Germans and keep them suppressant while they siphon away their wealth. Since marx was a Jew and he created communism which divided the Germans by class, it was obvious that communism was a corruption of true socialism, and thus making it about race restores it to its original intent, which was an ancient Germanic tradition.
Read up on some quotes form Hitler about why he calls himself socialist even though he’s so different from other socialists.
Also you should search up what Corporatism actually means as an ideology. These corporations are not private, and are more akin to ministries then companies.

@BFey-z7q Reichstag Fire Decree
“Articles 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124 and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. It is therefore permissible to restrict the rights of personal freedom [habeas corpus], freedom of (opinion) expression, including the freedom of the press, the freedom to organize and assemble, the privacy of postal, telegraphic and telephonic communications. Warrants for House searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed”
The relevant article of the constitution:
“Article 153
“Property is guaranteed by the Constitution. Its content and limitations are determined by law.
“Expropriation may only be carried out for the common good and on a legal basis. It shall be carried out in return for appropriate compensation, unless a Reich law provides otherwise. In the event of a dispute regarding the amount of compensation, legal recourse to the ordinary courts shall be maintained, unless Reich law provides otherwise. Expropriation by the Reich of states, municipalities, and non-profit associations may only be carried out in return for compensation.
“Property entails obligations. Its use should also serve the common good.”
